Today...
The memorial service for Mom is this afternoon. I so don't want to do this. Can't I just crawl back into bed and stay there?
Will today be the day when it really hits me? I am starting to think maybe ...
I have you in my thoughts and in my prayers, Michelle. I know these are meaningless words for you right now. But you are a lady with remarkable strength. Our children made us that way, didn't they. Your optimism and hope will shine again.

Take care my friend.

Oh Michelle - there will be countless days when it "really hits you". You'll get thru each one and someday the pain won't cut you in half.
Until then, you have friends in far flung places - and we'll be thinking of you.
I'm so, so sorry. You've left such lovely comments on my blog and I just now realized everything you've been going through. I can't imagine...
I thought the poem you posted today was beautiful.
